ISSDT - For Windows Environments:

ISSDT is designed specifically for the hours between 8-5 pm, M-F. We provide users with proactive attention and deliver fast problem resolution. IntraServe Systems will custom design a contract for our customer’s specific needs.

Service Includes:

· Online self-service resources (ISD)
· Phone support between 8-5 pm (5 hours per month)
· On-site support between 8-5 pm (Guaranteed 32 hours per month)
· On-site response time of 4 hours or less
· Set schedule for weekly preventive maintenance to insure network and desktop uptime.
· Microsoft XP, 2000, 2000 Server, Exchange, and Office
· Upload patches
· DSL Router troubleshooting
· Switch troubleshooting
· Router troubleshooting
· Printer troubleshooting
· Remote monitoring for all Desktop and Servers
