Step 1: Email us your S/N at Macrepair@intraservesystems.com and we will respond to your ASAP or Call us Toll Free at 1866-786-7278. We will email you all the warranty results quickly at no charge. |
Step 2: If your product is under warranty, all you have to do is send us the product and we will fix it and send it right back to you. You pay the low shipping fee. If your product is not under warranty, your option will be to send the Product to Intraserve for an evaluation fee of $95. After our experts evaluate the issue, we will send you a detailed report on the repair cost. If you agree we will apply the $95 Evaluation fee to the repair cost. Once the product is repair, it will be professional packaged, Insured and shipped back to you.

Note: Please include your S/N and contact info when emailing a request. An RMA # will be assigned to your request upon receiving it. All requests will be handled in less than 2-hrs Monday-Friday Pacific time 8am – 4pm.
