Susie Massoud , Chief Executive Officer
Susie Massoud was named CEO of IntraServe Systems in January 2003. Prior to her position at intraserve systems, Mrs. Massoud held positions at TYJ Investment and Polycom. Her expertise includes project management, sales and overall company direction.

George Massoud, President and Chief Operation Officer, joined IntraServe Systems in July of 2000 and has over 13 years of experience in executive management, sales, and operations. Mr. Massoud is an Unix expert. His technical expertise enabled him to hold several high level positions with various Silicon Valley companies. Most recently, Mr. Massoud was CTO of WUA. Mr. Massoud has a played a key role in implementing IntraServe Systems repair depot and asset management division. Mr. Massoud received a MIS degree from San Jose State University.

Joe Jisser, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, has 12 years of experience in accounting, financial planning, team development, and facilities. Prior to joining IntraServe Systems, Mr. Jisser was Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer for TYJ Investments, a commercial real-estate investment firm in Palo Alto. Mr. Jisser oversees all financial aspects of the business, and represents the company in all standards committees. Mr. Jisser holds a B.A. in Finance from San Jose State University.
