George Massoud, President & CEO

Joined IntraServe Systems in July of 2000 and has over 13 years of experience in executive management, sales, and operations. Mr. Massoud is an Unix expert. His technical expertise enabled him to hold several high level positions with various Silicon Valley companies. Most recently, Mr. Massoud was CTO of WUA. Mr. Massoud has a played a key role in implementing IntraServe Systems repair depot and asset management division.

 
 
 
 
Joe Jisser, Chief Financial Officer

Has 12 years of experience in accounting, financial planning, team development, and facilities. Prior to joining IntraServe Systems, Mr. Jisser was Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer for TYJ In Palo Alto. Mr. Jisser oversees all financial aspects of the business, and represents the company in all standards committees. Mr. Jisser holds a B.A. in Finance from San Jose State University
